Ticket and Box Office Information
If a show is postponed, ticket buyers will have the opportunity to request a refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
If a show is canceled, refunds will be issued automatically from the point of purchase within 30 days.
Note: We are NOT responsible for tickets purchased through a third party.
Tickets can be purchased here through our website, from our ticketing vendor ETIX, and at the door, subject to availability. For online or by the phone purchases, we use ETIX. By Phone: 1-800-514-ETIX (3849).

The Will Call area is located in the main entrance tent near the front gate and ticket sales.
Children 10 and under and with a parent/guardian holding a GA Lawn Ticket are admitted free. However, due to the design of the Gold Circle, all ages must have a ticket.

Yes. Accessible seating is provided for wheelchair seating, and companion seating is also available upon request. Please purchase tickets for the event then contact our ADA Assistant regarding your needs. For additional accessibility information please call 1-800-514-ETIX (3849).

NOTE: Lawn chairs may be prohibited for some shows.
The Lawn area accommodates General Admission Ticket patrons.
Yes! There is a patron friendly food court providing a variety of foods and non-alcoholic beverages as well as picnic table seating.
After Hours Concerts cannot guarantee an unobstructed view. We cannot guarantee a person will not be standing in your direct view. We ask for patrons to respect one another at our shows. NOTE: Gold Circle patrons: We guarantee your seat in the Gold Circle.
Yes. A small parking fee of $1.50 is added to each ticket purchased in advance. At-the-door purchased tickets will also include this small parking fee.
No Tailgating is allowed.
Gates generally open a 5pm unless otherwise noted. Lines begin to form well in advance of gates. VIP and handicap are admitted 15 minutes prior to gates. (We reserve the right to change gate times)
VISA, MasterCard, American Express are accepted forms of payment at After Hours Concerts.
Bars are cashless.

All concerts go on as scheduled rain or shine! Your safety is of concern to us, and if for some reason in case of threatening emergencies the concert cannot go on, we do our best to reschedule the event.
Professional cameras with detachable lenses are expressly prohibited as are video recording devices. Most artists do not object to small cameras. Artist Has Exclusive Rights In Image Producing. No Refunds to concert patrons who choose to leave the concert if artist denies their usage of their camera.

The following items are not allowed into the venue: Food, Beverages, Drugs, Weapons of any kind, Professional Cameras, Coolers, Baskets, Large Bags, Tents, Pets (other than service animals), Large Umbrellas (exception for rain; small collapsible allowed)
After Hours Concerts is A ZERO TOLERANCE venue relating to: WEAPONS, ILLEGAL DRUGS/ILLEGAL DRUG USE and UNDERAGE DRINKING.
WEAPONS POLICY: Weapons of ANY type, whether legal or illegal (guns, knives, mace, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the venue without exception. Patrons found to be carrying prohibited items by security at the admission gate will be advised that they can take the prohibited item(s) to their vehicle or not attend the show. (No refunds are issued for those electing to leave.) Admission is Only granted to those free of weapons and firearms. Anyone found in possession or prohibited item in the venue will be escorted from the venue without a REFUND. No Exceptions.
DRUG USE POLICY: Any Patron Found Possessing Illegal Drugs or Using Illegal Drugs at After Hours Concerts or anywhere on venue property during show (including all parking areas) will be turned over to the proper legal authority and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No exceptions.
UNDERAGE DRINKING: All patrons interested in consuming alcoholic beverages must be id’d and wrist banded by authorized personnel prior to ordering any drink. After Hours Concerts’ management works in concert with ABC control agents to locate underage drinkers with false ID’s or those who have acquired wrist bands surreptitiously. Offenders will be removed from the venue and issued a summons.

Small collapsible umbrellas are allowed. No large size PGA Tour umbrellas will be permitted.
